Q: How long will it take to receive my computer after order is placed
A: Orders received before 5pm CST are processed the same day. If you order a PC on Monday before 5pm your order will be processed on Monday and ship out in 2-3 business days. So no later than Thursday. FedEx Ground shipping then takes 1-4 business days for delivery depending on where you live.
Q: How do I Upgrade or Add a Component
A: We have a link to our Computer Upgrades at the top of the page. You can click on that and it will take you to our eBay Store upgrades page. You can then add each upgrade to your order by doing a Buy it Now. Each upgrade you add will be installed and configured in your new computer.

A: Each System is tested with a operating system install and each component is verified to be working properly prior to shipping.
Q: What happens if I receive the order and it has been damaged during shipping.
