Returns

No returns will be accepted after the 30 day warranty has expired. Returns to our repair Depot are for repair or exchange; no refunds will be issued.

-      Defective equipment is to be sent to our Trumbull, CT repair Depot where we will determine the repair action required, which may include exchanging your equipment for like-or-better equipment.

-      Shipments to the Depot are to be paid by the Buyer and no shipment is to be sent without first obtaining a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service at service@computerremarket.com.

-      Equipment returned without an RMA number visible on the exterior mailing label will be refused and VOID any remaining warranty.

·         No local pick-up is available.
