This used Dell has been completely refurbished by our tech center.  It was thoroughly tested by our technicians and is in perfect working order.Cosmetically, the unit is in great shape with slight scuffs from minimal use.  However, these very slight imperfections are barely noticeable and will in no way affect system performance or stability. This unit does not come with a floppy drive.
