This computer has been tested and is guaranteed to be in good working condition. Computers sold with hard drives have had all data erased, meaning the buyer will need to supply his/her own operating system to make the unit operational (see specs to determine if a hard drive is included). A power cord is included. This is used office equipment and may show some scuffing, marking and/or sticker residue.

 

Please note: attempts to repair this equipment before contacting the seller will void the warranty.

Shipping:

We ship to the United States only (lower 48 states), excluding Hawaii, Alaska & P.R.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
Items are shipped Monday through Friday by a common carrier upon receipt of payment.
We normally ship within 48 hours of payment.
Holidays may cause a delay in shipping.
An email is sent to all customers informing them of their item being shipped.
We do not automatically send tracking numbers.
We do offer combined shipping discounts for multiple purchases.
We do ship to P.O. Boxes and A.P.O’s but additional charges will apply.
We charge our actual shipping cost plus the cost of the packing material and box(s).

Warranty

Here at the Blind Center we offer two types of warranties on our products. Each unit’s warranty is selected from a series of inspections including but not limited to: Build year, make, model, specific hardware and conditions under testing.

The two types of warranties that we offer are:

1.) NON DOA – This warranty secures both parties that you are buying a quality unit that has went through numerous tests and verified to be in working order. Non DOA warranty will be guaranteed as stated in the listings.

2.) No Warranty – This states that the unit may or nay not have gone through testing at all and secures us from any and all liability. The buyer is to determine through an extensive description and pictures if the unit may or may not be defective. All Non Warranty items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Please refer to the auction description for the type of warranty offered.

 

 

Limited “No-Hassle” Returns Policy

1.) Computers, Monitors, Bags/Purses and Clothing have a 14-day return policy.  2.) All other items have a 7-day return policy.  3.) The Item number must be clearly legible on the returned package. To speed up your claim, please print out a copy of the auction and place it inside the box.4.) Refunds are processed in order of arrival and could take approximately 5 working days to complete. (Please keep the Item number for your records as this is how your refund is tracked)5.) Missing accessories stated as “included” in the auction or damaged items must be reported within 24-hours of receipt in order to process the claim with the appropriate shipper or to allow us the ability to quickly send out the missing accessory.

6.) Non defective returns or items not covered by our warranty will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping.

Items returned must include every accessory listed in the auction to be appropriately processed. If we receive a unit with physical damage or obvious misuse/abuse not noted in the auction we will hold the product and await a reshipping fee.  We shall refund your total purchase price only after the item is returned, inspected and deemed eligible for a refund.
