This tower has been fully tested and is guaranteed working. A fresh install of Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 3 has been fully loaded, validated and updated. There is no other software, media or restore disk included. The pictures are of the actual unit and a standard power cord is included.

Unfortunately We cannot control a package being mishandled once it leaves our facility and are not liable for shipments damaged by the carrier.
