1. Because this is my side business, so I won’t be able to ship orders as fast as the regular business; therefore, orders can only guarantee to ship within 3 business days after payment is confirmed and secured.

We can only guarantee when to ship your orders, but we can’t guarantee how fast the shipment will deliver for UPS and US Postal Service; unless, you choose specific shipping services (Second-Day or Next-Day services). For shipping lead time, please refer to either UPS or USPS web sites for detail information. We are not responsible for any shipping delay once the package is sent.
3. We use the shipping services provided by EBAY, and we have already applied the shipping rate as low as possible. Unfortunately, the rate is not as cheap as the high-volume shippers. Please understand! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to message us.
4. We purchased shipping insurance for all shipments; therefore, we are not responsible for any shipping damages during the transit. If you received the shipment in bad shape or damaged, please contact appropriate shipping carrier for claims and details.
5. When we print shipping label for your package in PAYPAL, you shall automatically receive a notification of tracking number by e-mail from PAYPAL. If not, please let us know. We will send your tracking number again.
6. For international customers, please try to provide your contact phone number after you purchase. Both UPS and USPS (US Postal Service) requires phone number of recipient on the exporting documents.

Return Policies
1. Please return any defective item(s) within 14-Days after you received it, unless further stated in the listing or policies; otherwise, we will not honor the warranty and your package will be rejected.
2. Before you return any defective items, please obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with us through EBAY messaging center. Please mark this RMA number on the outside of your package. Any return packages without RMA number will be rejected.
3. When you return any item(s), please enclose information such as your EBAY ID, item’s listing number, your original ship-to address, problems of the item, what components you tried to use with it, and what you prefer to do (Refund or Exchange) along with the returned item(s). So, I can be easier and faster to process the return item(s) after I received it.
4. If your returned item(s) tested to be in working condition accordingly to your provided information, then you will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee when I process your refund or you will be charged shipping fee to return the item(s) back to you. We will not accept any wrongful purchase!
