Q: How long can I expect this computer to last? A: There’s really no guarantee on anything in this world but this should carry you for 3 to 4 years with no problems whatsoever.

Q: What else will I need to make this computer work out of the box? A: You’ll need a Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse and Speakers. We carry all of these in our Ebay Store if needed.
Q: Have you checked the Capacitors on the motherboard for any issues? A: Absolutely! We replace any capacitor that is slightly budging or leaking. Buyers should really watch out for this. Sellers that don’t mention this may not be checking them. Missing a bad capacitor could result in a dead computer and a pain in your pocket book. Ours are guaranteed!!

ConditionWe label our computers as refurbished. Although 99% of the computers we receive are in perfect working order, we still put them through our refurbishment process. Each computer is treated with great care and restored to its original working condition. Our Qualified Technicians meticulously perform this process at our Service Center. We even inspect the health of the capacitors located on the motherboard. THIS IS A MUST and many other vendors do not do this. The outside casing of the computer will have minor scratches or imperfections. This item will arrive clean and in perfect working order.
WarrantyWe place an outstanding 30 day warranty on this item. The warranty guarantees that this item will not be DOA upon arrival. It does not cover any special needs you might have such as installation assistance or any other custom situation. It also does not cover software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair. We do offer a paid support plan for those issues. If by chance you receive your item and there is a problem, we will work diligently to correct the problem. If it is necessary to be returned for repair/replacement, we will repair or replace the item and ship it back to you. Please email us at support@blairtg.com with warranty requests.
