The computer will come with an Original Installation CD and Certificate of Authenticity (COA) for Windows. The Original Installation  CD will allow you to completely restore your computer to factory settings whenever you need to. With this CD, you never have to worry about an expensive trip to the Repair Shop. The COA is located on the side of the computer and contains the Ultra Important Product Key for Microsoft Windows.

We have installed a comprehensive software suite to compliment Microsoft Windows. It includes a Popular Microsoft compatible Professional Office Suite. The Office Suite comes with a Word Processor (for typing and editing papers), a Spreadsheet program, a Database program and Presentation software. It also comes with a powerful Anti-Virus program that keeps you protected 24/7, 365 days a year. Also installed is the fantastic Windows Media Player, Movie Maker, Internet Explorer (Web Browser), Outlook Express (Email Program) and many other great, must have programs.

We even inspect the health of the capacitors located on the motherboard. THIS IS A MUST and many other vendors do not do this. The outside casing of the computer will have minor scratches or imperfections. This item will arrive clean and in perfect working order.
WarrantyWe place an outstanding 30 day warranty on this item. The warranty guarantees that this item will not be DOA upon arrival. It does not cover any special needs you might have such as installation assistance or any other custom situation. It also does not cover software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair. We do offer a paid support plan for those issues. If by chance you receive your item and there is a problem, we will work diligently to correct the problem.
